We are a Vaccines for Children (VFC) provider. The VFC program is designed to help protect all children against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Children are eligible to receive vaccinations for a $5 administration fee before their 19th birthday if they meet any of the follow criteria:

​

• are Medicaid-eligible

• do not have health insurance

• are an American Indian or Alaskan native

• are underinsured​
